Satu Akaun Setiap Pengguna

Setiap pemain hanya dibenarkan memegang satu akaun aktif di AW33. Mendaftar berbilang akaun menggunakan nama, nombor telefon atau butiran berbeza adalah pelanggaran terma ini dan boleh menyebabkan akaun digantung.

Deposit Minimum RM 30

Deposit minimum di AW33 ialah RM 30 bagi setiap transaksi. Semua deposit mesti dibuat menggunakan kaedah pembayaran yang diluluskan, termasuk Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow dan FPX.

Terma Bonus & Promosi

Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AW33 ("Platform"). By registering an account or using any AW33 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

  • "User" / "You" / "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using AW33's services.
  • "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a User on AW33 using valid personal information.
  • "Funds" — refers to the balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a User's AW33 account.
  • "Bonus" — refers to any credits, rewards, cashback, or promotions granted by AW33 to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • "Bet" — refers to any activity involving the placement of money on the outcome of a slot, casino game, fish shooting game, or any other game offered on AW33.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use AW33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at AW33. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different details — are a serious violation. AW33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated funds or bonuses.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • The Welcome Bonus is exclusively available to first-time registrants who make a qualifying initial deposit that meets the minimum requirement.
  • Each promotion has its own wagering requirement — typically between 5x to 20x bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to access your account.

AW33 works closely with the relevant authorities to report any activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering. Funds linked to such activity will be frozen pending investigation.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

AW33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close the account of any User under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or game manipulation.
  • Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
  • A voluntary account closure request (self-exclusion) on responsible gaming grounds.

8. Limitation of Liability
